Mrs. Cassidy is a product of Catholic education from grade school all the way through
college. It has helped form and shape the person and educator she is today. Her passion is to foster children’s relationships with God, Our Father. She is eager to nurture and encourage our youngest students as they become Catholic leaders. Catholic education is near and dear to her heart. Mrs. Cassidy holds a degree in Elementary and Special Education from Saint Joseph’s University, as well as her Pennsylvania State Certification in Elementary and Special Education. After beginning her teaching career at St. William School in Philadelphia, Mrs. Cassidy decided to focus on raising her family. After working the past few years in St. Bede Religious Education, her passion was only further fueled, and she is blessed to be returning to the classroom. She loves spending time with her husband and seven children (three of whom are SKD alumni and four of whom are current SKD students). She is thrilled to be working at SKD as she has seen the benefits of not only Catholic education, but specifically an SKD education for her own children. She and her family are active members of Saint Bede the Venerable Parish. Mrs. Cassidy is PROUD TO BE SKD! |
