Mrs. Melissa Rueger earned a Bachelor of Science in Education Degree from Temple University in 2002. She began her teaching career at St. Francis of Assisi School in Norristown, where she developed a passion for helping young learners grow academically, socially, and spiritually.
Mrs. Rueger has been happily married to her husband, Phil, for 22 years. Together, they have four children—Olivia, Philip, Aubrey, and Ethan. Their family also includes Winnie, a beloved boxer who keeps everyone entertained and active. In her free time, Mrs. Rueger enjoys spending time with her family, supporting her children's activities, reading, playing tennis, and pursuing a new interest in golf. Over the past 20 years, Mrs. Rueger has focused on raising her family while remaining actively involved in education. During that time, she has served as a substitute teacher, volunteered as a classroom and library aide, and contributed to numerous committees and educational panels within her home school district. These experiences have allowed her to stay connected to the classroom and continue supporting students, teachers, and families in meaningful ways. Mrs. Rueger is excited to bring her experience, enthusiasm, and dedication to the classroom. She looks forward to partnering with students and families to create a positive, engaging, and faith-filled learning experience where every child is encouraged to grow in knowledge, confidence, and faith. |
