​Saint Katharine Drexel Catholic School welcomes students who are eager to learn, grow, and live their faith each day.
We review every application individually and holistically, seeking students who demonstrate integrity, perseverance, leadership, and who will thrive in our caring community.

Applications are accepted year-round for most grade levels. However, we encourage families to apply early to secure placement and avoid waitlists.

Admissions Application

To start your application, click the “Create an Account” tab at the top of the application page. We recommend using a personal email address to prevent school communications from being blocked.

You will then be prompted to create a username and password and verify your email through a message sent to your inbox.

Please save these credentials — they will be your permanent login information for our school.
Note: The verification email may take up to 30 minutes to arrive.
  1.  Click to Start Application - ​​​​​​You have the flexibility to log in and out of your application account without losing your data as it will autosave. There will be a green check mark for each section once you have completed all required fields.
  2. Review and Submit & Pay Application Fee- Once all required fields of the application are complete, you must select "Review & Submit." You will then be instructed to pay the $30 application fee.​

Our Admissions Team will carefully review your application and will reach out with an admissions decision and next steps.

Enrollment 

Please note that submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance. Once an admissions decision has been made, families who are invited to move forward to enrollment will be required to submit all documentation listed below. Enrollment cannot be reviewed until all required paperwork has been received.​

Required Documents to Enroll
To finalize enrollment, you’ll need to provide the following forms:
  • Student Documents
    • Copy of Birth Certificate
    • All Sacramental information (contact your parish if you need a copy)
      • Copy of Baptism Certificate 
      • Reconciliation
      • Eucharist
      • Confirmation
    • Request for Loan of Textbooks and Instructional Materials
    • Bus Transportation Request (Grades K–8)
    • Medical Paperwork from your child’s pediatrician, including:
      • Physical Form
      • Dental Health Form
      • Immunization Record (most recent and up to date are required to start school)
  • Parish and Family Verification
    • Parish Verification Letter (contact your parish office for a copy)
    • Copy of Parents’ State-Issued Photo Identification
  • Other Documents
    • Court / Custody Documentation, if applicable

After you have uploaded all documents and completed the enrollment packet, a Submit Packet and Make Payment form will appear. Please follow the instructions that will be provided to submit the enrollment packet along with the $100 non-refundable enrollment fee (per family).

Please Note: Your information will be saved on each page, and you have the flexibility to log in and resume your Enrollment Packet at any time prior to submission!
