Steps to Request Transportation for Council Rock School District
NEW student Bus Rider(s);
1) Print and complete a Request For Bus Transportation Form
2) Scan completed Request For Bus Transport Form and email to [email protected]
3) On the email Subject Line please included the following information – Council Rock SD, NEW
bus request and student(s) name(s)
4) Click on the link to complete the ACT 372 Google Form.
5) Scan and email (4) proofs of residency to [email protected]
**Accepted forms of proof Listed below;
1. Internal Revenue Statment, 2. Lease/Deed, 3. Home/Car Insurance, 4. Bank Statment, 5. Driver's License, 6. Driver's License, 7. Vehicle Registration, 8. Utility Statement, 9. Voter Registration, 10. Billing Statment.
6) On the email Subject Line please include the following – Attn: CRSD, NEW bus request, proofs, and
student(s) name(s).
Returning student Bus Rider(s);
1) ALL parents are required to submit the Google 372 form annually. Please click the Google 372 form and submit for the 26/27 School year. This will help with CR as they roll out their bus tracking app.
Bus Tracking App: Bus Zone will again be our bus tracking app for the school year. Click here for information on Bus Zone. Route numbers and student ID numbers will not be available until Mid- August when routing is completed and will be sent to the schools to communicate to their families.
