1) Print and complete a Bus Transportation Request Form for each student
2) Scan completed Bus Transportation Request Form and email to [email protected] and copy [email protected] on the same email
3) On the email Subject Line please include the following – Attn: Lower Moreland SD,
NEW bus request and student name(s).
