Mrs. Jennifer Horn graduated from Illinois State University with a bachelor of science in elementary education.  Just after graduating, she taught second grade for several years in Orland Park, Illinois.  After raising her two daughters, Carly and Emily, she returned to her career and taught in New Hope-Solebury schools.  Most recently, she taught kindergarten and third grade in catholic schools in New Jersey.  She is thrilled to teach second grade at SKD and looks forward to providing a nurturing classroom, rich in faith and dedicated to helping students become lifelong learners.  Mrs. Horn and her husband, Chris, reside in Doylestown, PA.
